SYNTHETIC MAP OF TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT OF ARAGON (MSD)

INTRODUCTION

The Synthetic Map of Territorial Development of Aragón is the instrument of the Territorial Indicators System of Aragón (SITA) which is responsible for develop and spread the territorial indicators graphically and work out the synthetic index of territorial development dynamically.

The MSD displays the different states of the work in order to know the territorial development of the Aragón regions, according to the objective territorial indicators

The application web of IDEAragon represents the current territorial state of the Aragón regions supported by a synthetic index which connects the territorial elements.

The synthetic index of territorial development analyzes the territorial connection of Aragón according to the current regulation (EOTA).

Territorial indicators are annually worked out and updated in a regional scale according to the previous balanced criteria. The indicators will be the following:

• Demographic.
• Economic.
• Accessibility.
• Environmental.
